Our Rates
Hourly Rates
Hourly rates are billed from when our vehicle arrives at the location until our vehicles leave the location. A half-hour charge for travel time is automatically applied to every invoice. A full hour of travel time is applied only when advance notice of our arrival is required.
Lawn Mowing & Garden Maintenance
Simple, flat-rate monthly plans for weekly and biweekly landscape maintenance services. All plans include spring and fall cleanups. Unless otherwise indicated, the three prices shown for each service are per-application for semis & townhouses / detached homes / large detached homes.
Basic Fertilizer Programs
Our basic fertilizer programs offer the essential nutrition required for lawns and garden plants to grow and thrive. Unless otherwise indicated, the three prices shown for each service are per-application for semis & townhouses / detached homes / large detached homes.
Weed & Pest Control Programs
Our pest control programs offer ongoing preventative applications to eliminate or reduce the risk of pests on your property. Unless otherwise indicated, the three prices shown for each service are per-application for semis & townhouses / detached homes / large detached homes.
Seasonal Lawn Programs

Disposal Rates
Unless otherwise indicated, yard waste will be neatly bagged and left for city collection at no additional charge. On many flat-rate installations, off-site disposal will be included in the flat-rate price you're quoted. For hourly gardening work, the following rates apply where debris is removed for off-site disposal.

Consultations
We offer two types of standard consult from our Hardscapes expert Adam Blizzard - landscape consults and water consults. While we offer free quotes on all projects, these specialized consults offer more detailed advice on your options to resolve more complex situations like backyard flooding or aging landscape features.
Snow Removal
Pricing for our snow removal services is calculated based on the areas you need cleared during snow storms. Pricing is easy to calculate using our online calculator, or reach out to get an estimate.
